ATTN: ALL AMERICAN INVESTORS

What happened to Madoff victims can happen to any investors, as it was caused by a failure in our regulatory system. We have created an online petition to show a unified support for investors to receive fair and legal treatment by the Securities Investor Protection Corp (SIPC). This petition pertains to all U.S. Stock market investors.

We are asking you to sign in an effort to ensure that investors who believe they are protected by SIPC insurance are treated legally. The actions recently taken by SIPC, the SEC and our Congress as it relates to the Bernard Madoff Ponzi Scheme will have an effect on the entire investment system in our country. If SIPC does not see fit to follow the law, and the SEC does not act within their mandated responsibility to ensure that SIPC follows the law, than no American investor can have confidence in the protection of their hard earned money. We are hoping to get 25,000 signatures and are asking for your help to achieve our goal.

Please sign the petition, at http://MadoffCoalition.Petitionhost.com and forward the address to everyone in your address book so that they can read the petition and sign it as well. Please ask your friends and family to also forward it to everyone in their address book in an effort to make sure that the chain continues.

The government fostered this situation and is not taking responsibility. You could be next. Please sign the petition so that we can fight to preserve the integrity our financial investment system..

ATTN: MADOFF INVESTORS

Bernard MadoffMadoff stole from you, the SEC had been forewarned of the potential fraud for many years, and the SEC failed to stop it. Your losses have been caused by both Madoff and the SEC. The situation is complicated by the government taking your money in taxes for years, with currently no provisions in tax law to refund what should never have been paid to the IRS to begin with since there were no transactions, and therefore no income on which to pay taxes. Meanwhile, SIPC is trying to blunt your recovery by insisting on using a 40 year old refund statute amount and procedure and declaring that your tax money was withdrawals of principal, even thought the IRS may prove to be the greatest beneficiary of those withdrawals.

The branches of government are not working effectively on your behalf, which is compounding the turmoil. Many of you are now destitute and risking further personal and financial degradation because of the governmental disorganization and delay. The financial markets are well aware that what has happened to you could happen to anybody else, feeding into current economic uncertainties and contributing to the destabilization of the financial markets.

This website is where you can go for help. This is where Madoff investors can get in touch with fellow investors, compare notes, ask questions, get free professional guidance and participate in helping to change the laws that facilitated the scam.

In an effort to respect the privacy of all, we need to confirm that applicants were Madoff investors. This will ensure a safe haven in which to share information without the fear of intrusion from media, solicitors or attorneys. For further information, investors should contact info@bernardmadoffvictims.org. To join, victims will need to submit documentation that they were an account holder and lost money in the fraud. Once signed up, they can share information either anonymously or using their real identity.

Media inquiries should be directed to media@bernardmadoffvictims.org.

Sincerely,
